The problem: TD Auto Finance's intranet community is hosted on a CMS that restricts the level of editing, i.e. only text edits, media uploads and HTML/CSS edits are allowed.
The challenge: Design a site that provided a better customer experience to employees who were looking for corporate resources, news and systems while keeping in mind the UI limitations.
